Basic Security Driver
Course Overview
28 instructional hours over a 3-day period. This program will prepare the graduate to become a Security Driver, while also instructing them in various defensive tactics and tactical medicine.
This particular program is aimed at those wishing to enter the field of security driving, usually as the only protection agent. Not all executives/clients are able to afford a protection agent and a driver, this program will allow the driver to serve as both.
Job titles for this program are: Executive Security Driver and Protective Security Chauffeurs. Students with no previous military, law enforcement or security experience can use this course as a stepping stone to a career in security. Prerequisites for this program are: No felonies or serious driving infractions, such as a DUI within the past 3 years.
